Soumen Basu

Soumen Basu led ManpowerGroup India as Executive Chairman, a Fortune 500 Total Talent Organisation and a global leader in human resources and staffing solutions. Prior to joining Manpower, Soumen worked with three premier banking institutions during a career spanning thirty-three years. Soumen started his career at the State Bank of India and, after about ten years of various assignments, joined ANZ Grindlays (now Standard Chartered Bank) as Chief Operating Officer, India Region. Soumen held senior positions across the corporate and consumer banking businesses and in functions such as strategy, process reengineering, and operations. During his tenure, he was also a member of Standard Chartered Bank’s India Management Committee in 2003.

Ritu Singh Bhatiani

Ritu Singh Bhatiani is a leader who enables business goals with people and organisation initiatives. With over 27 years in leadership, DEI, people strategy, and coaching across multiple sectors ranging from manufacturing, consulting, retail to real estate. Ritu has built HR strategy and led diverse teams with expertise in start up to sustaining high growth. She has worked in global projects and roles across Europe and Asia, in organisation design, learning management, human rights and employee relations. An experienced HR leader, she values insights from data analytics to highlight the big picture and advise business leaders. She is known for objectively balancing business and people’s interests. Ritu is passionate about developing talent and coaches individuals and teams based on their strengths and engages with future professionals at several business schools.

Narayan Tosur

Mr. Narayan Tosur has 28+ years of experience in IT and the mechanical industry.He founded Praxien Pvt. Ltd. in 2016.He has worked across industrial, semiconductor, consumer appliances, and rail transportation sectors.His experience includes leading roles with global firms like GE, Schneider Electric, ABB, and Honeywell.He has also worked with Applied Materials, Siemens, ASML, Alstom, KLA, ASMJ, TEL, and Lam Research.Narayan brings strong expertise in building high-performance, sustainable teams.He is skilled in global delivery management and customer relationship management.A Six Sigma Black Belt, he excels in program management, product development, and process improvement.He spent 14 years at Mahindra, Bangalore, leading an industrial vertical with full P&L ownership.He has led large global teams, set up ODCs, and driven end-to-end strategic business solutions.

Anirban Goswami

We’re delighted to welcome Anirban to the Advisory Board of StaffWorQs. With over 30 years of expertise in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational effectiveness, he brings deep strategic insight and facilitation experience. Anirban has held senior leadership roles across sectors, including as Chief Learning Officer at Deloitte US–India, and has also worked with Intel, ManpowerGroup, NIIT, and Bharat Shell. A certified executive and career coach, he’s trained by global institutions such as NEWS (Switzerland), BIOSS (South Africa), McKinsey & Co., and NIS Sparta. His consulting focuses on building leadership pipelines, strengthening culture, and enabling sales and service excellence.
