1. Talent Acquisition Lead

At StaffworQs, our people are the most important resource. We’re looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles for our MarQuee clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle. We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers to eventually grow into a talent leader.

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees. In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees. It should be matrix-driven and ROI-focused.

To thrive as a talent acquisition lead, you should have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. Your ability to identify talented individuals and support their career growth within our organization is paramount.

As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding will contribute to our success in attracting the best candidates for our company.

  • 6–8 years of experience in an ownership-driven recruiting firm
    Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
    Advanced knowledge of database management and internet search methods is preferred
  • Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR
  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field, but not mandatory
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies
  • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities

2. Talent Acquisition Specialist

At StaffWorQs, we’re always looking to strengthen the organization by adding the best available people to our staff. We’re seeking a talent acquisition specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles for our end customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with others across various departments.

  • Coordinate with client hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
  • Drive quality submissions and, in turn, measure self-productivity closely.
    attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks

  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates

  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a similar field
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
